SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Our aim is to dispatch all orders as soon as possible - usually the next working day. All orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on a Monday.
Choose either First or Second Class postage at checkout for deliveries within the UK. International orders are tracked.
Orders posted to the UK are usually delivered between 1 and 5 working days, depending on the postage type you have paid for. International orders usually get delivered within 10 working days.
All orders are posted via Royal Mail.
Please do check your delivery address is correct when paying through PayPal.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

We are a small business, so please note that at busier times, dispatch may take a little longer than usual.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will refund or exchange your items when they are returned within 14 days of receipt.
Please ensure that all items are returned unused and in their original condition.

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If the items are not returned in their original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please allow up to 28 days for returns to be processed.

If your purchase is returned to us due to non collection/delivery by the
Postal Service then the cost of item(s) will be rufunded to you
when we receive them back. (Postage not included).
