A food diary is a log of the food and drink that you consume each day. It also helps to combat snacking and can identify where you need to make changes. By planning your meals, you will know what foods to buy, this may also help you stick to a budget. The diaries are designed to fit any diet and are available for either 8 or 12 weeks. We have many different front cover designs to choose from, including personalised ones.

Food diaries are A5 in size. We sell them either wire bound with clear durable plastic covers to the front and back or you can purchase them punched with 6 holes to fit in an A5 sized organiser. Front and back covers are full colour, printed on thick card. The inside pages are black and white, printed on thick paper. Each food diary includes the following pages: • a title page • weight loss progress • weight tracker chart • progress photo inspiration • your body measurements • 4 weekly planner • habit tracker • step tracker • my goals • weekly header • weekly exercise planner • weekly meal planner • weekly double sided tear off shopping list • meals and recipes list • 7 food diary pages per week • a review page at the end of each week These are repeated for either 8 or 12 weeks, depending on the length you choose.

A baby weaning diary is designed to help you record your little one’s weaning progress, sleep changes and milestones.

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, please note that delivery can take up to 10 days from order confirmation. Choose either First or Second Class postage at checkout for deliveries within the UK. International orders are tracked. Orders posted to the UK are usually delivered between 1 and 5 working days, depending on the postage type you have paid for. International orders usually get delivered within 10 working days. All orders are posted via Royal Mail. Please do check your delivery address is correct when paying through PayPal. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.
